Social arrival coordination

The app that finally solves
the “I’m on my way” lie.

Guests share a live ETA instead of a promise. The host sees a real headcount, and everyone gets a nudge when it’s time to leave.

Arrive together

“I want to go.
I just don’t want to walk in alone.”

Everyone has felt it. You are outside, it has already started, and you have no idea whether anyone you know is inside yet.

When the host turns this on, EventETA puts your people on a live map, so you can time your arrival with theirs — and walk in together.

Off by default. Guests only see each other if the host turns it on — made for family dinners, birthdays and gatherings among friends. Each guest still chooses whether to share an ETA.

Before and after

The room keeps going
after everyone goes home.

Most events end the moment the last guest leaves. The people who should have met never did, and the ones who did meet have no way to find each other again.

EventETA introduces guests before the doors open. When a host asks what people are into, EventETA quietly matches the ones who share an interest and tells them who to look for — so a guest walks in already knowing three names worth finding. Afterwards those conversations stay open, because the people are still there in the app.

The host decides whether guests can see each other, and every guest chooses for themselves whether to be reachable. Nobody is introduced to anybody without saying yes first.

For the host

How many are actually coming?

Not who tapped yes three weeks ago — who is moving toward the door right now. Live headcount, live ETAs, and the ones who have not left yet. Data every organizer needs and no RSVP list has ever given them.

For the guest

When are my people getting there?

The same question from the other side. See who is close, who is stuck, and when to leave so you are not the first one through the door — or the last.

One signal. Both sides of the same room.

RSVPs stopped meaning
anything.

“Yes” became a maybe. “On my way” became a way of saying nothing at all. Nobody is really accountable for showing up any more — and hosts are the ones left guessing, catering for forty and setting up for twelve.

EventETA does not ask anyone to promise harder. It replaces the promise with something real: a live arrival, shared by choice.

“Time to leave” alerts

EventETA taps each guest on the shoulder the moment they need to head out to arrive on time. Nobody's the late one anymore.

Introductions, not name tags

Guests pick what they are into. EventETA matches the ones who overlap and introduces them before the event — then keeps the conversation open once it is over.
